Meet the amazing 4th graders of Bellevue Christian Mack Elementary

Donating the proceeds of their market for the animals!

A market of homemade goods benefiting the cats, dogs, and wildlife of PAWS!

At Bellevue Christian Mack Elementary, a group of 4th graders was working through an economics unit that culminated in a two-day market. During this market, they sell homemade goods and earn money to donate to an organization of their choosing. After much research and conversation, the students chose PAWS as the recipient of their earnings!

The students said that they thought the PAWS mission was the one that they liked the most, and they appreciated that PAWS is helping cats, dogs, AND wild animals! While many other shelters made the list, it was PAWS that won because of our efforts to also help wild animals. This group of incredible 4th graders raised an amazing donation of $959.69! We could not be more thankful that they chose PAWS to donate to and all become leaders of our pack!
