Meet Eel! His foster parent told us "Eel is a sofa dog. He likes to sit on your lap and get pet while you watch TV. He also has a tendency to be a little shadow and will follow you all over the house. He is a little skittish when it comes to new situations and people but does warm up slowly. Eel has interacted with three cats and a dog all our resident pets. He is 100% accurate with puppy pads but when he's outside, he isn't reliable to go to the bathroom so some work will be needed to get him to be fully potty-trained outside. He's a great dog."
