Tip Tap is a young cat who came all the way from California to the PNW to find his forever home! He is a very sweet boy with a bit of a shy side and will need an adopter dedicated to helping him gain confidence and settle into his new home. He would do best in a home with children over the age of ten, as he will need someone prepared to move at his pace and be respectful of his sensitive nature.
