Hi, my name is Flossie and I'm quite saucy! Really guys? I am so much cooler than that lame rhyme! I have tons of energy and love to play. When I arrived at the shelter, I was having a really hard time adjusting to all new things so my friends at PAWS sent me to a foster home. Boy howdy, has that been exciting. My first few weeks were like the adventures of a Private Eye, checking everything out, being very watchful and cautious as I tried new things, I even started meeting another cat and playing with different toys.

Most recently, my foster family said: Flossie is doing great. She likes to relax on the bathmat while I am getting ready in the morning, on her side or grooming. She has also started lying next to me on the couch or on me, making biscuits. She likes to be near someone even though she likes to pretend she's too cool for that. My favorite part is when we are downstairs watching TV and she has a good 5-10 min of random zoomies...it is hysterical. Her prancing walk is adorable and she now responds to Miss Floss, Flosser, Flossie and Sassy Floss. Flossie has turned into a lap kitty, but only on her terms, and she really wants attention, so she would do best as the only kitty in a home.

Flossie is most comfortable in her foster home, so she will be available for adoption by appointment only.
