Sophie Lou

Sophie-Lou has an elaborate dance of happiness.

Having lost my pet a year ago, life just didn’t seem right without a dog. While visiting PAWS, Sophie Lou and I made serious eye contact! She is a small dog with a large heart and personality.

Within 24 hours she had our routine down pat. She loves our walks as well as lap time and beats me to the couch when she sees the book and coffee cup headed there.

Now, we are looking for another puppy FoxTerrier/Chihuahua mix to help mend the hole in our hearts.

When in her bed with a blanket, she does an elaborate dance, completely wrapping herself up under it. I suspect this is her burrowing instinct as she is a jack russell/dachshund mix.
