The PAWS staff would like to thank you for adopting a homeless animal.

We hope the materials and information you received at the time of adoption have been helpful while your new companion settles into your home.

In an effort to improve our services, the following questionnaire is designed to discover how you felt about our adoption process so we can provide the best service to future adopters.
