Spay/Neuter Appointments

We are now offering spay/neuter surgeries for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens of income-qualified families through May 2024. View the income qualifying chart here.

Before completing the form below:

• We offer spay/neuter surgeries for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens.
• Appointments are required and are available on Wednesdays.
• Drop-off for cats is between 8:00-8:15 a.m. and dogs 8:15-8:30 a.m.
• Pick-up for cats is between 5:00-5:15 p.m. and dogs 5:15-5:30 p.m.
• Cats must be in a carrier (one animal per carrier) and dogs must be on a leash when brought into the clinic.
• Payment is made the day of the appointment and we accept only cash, debit or credit cards. We do not accept checks or spay/neuter vouchers. See fees.
• Microchips and vaccines also available, but only with a surgery, not as a separate service. See fees.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide 24-hour notice by leaving a message at 425.787.2500 x849.

Please note: we are located in Lynnwood, Washington—approximately 20 miles north of Seattle. You must be able to provide your own transportation.
