Our signature PAWS program is a three week, twice per week, interdisciplinary program including opportunities for reading, journaling, critical thinking and problem solving and is designed to meet Washington State science standards. Lessons combine videos, hands-on activities, role-playing, discussion, presentation and tours of the PAWS facility. Each lesson is 90 minutes.

Lesson #4: Understanding Wildlife: Habitats and Adaptations
Lesson #5: Responsibility Toward Wildlife: Issues Facing Wildlife; Ways to Help
Lesson #6: Bringing it all Together: Humane Living
Age suitability: 8-12 years only
Cost: $30 per child for the 3-week course
