Small Engine Maintenance

Do you want to help the animals at PAWS but not work directly with them? Do you have a skill working with small engines? Then PAWS needs you!

Duties Include: Duties include maintenance and repair of small gas-powered tools such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, etc.

Dates Available: Year-round

Shifts: The Facility Caretaker works with volunteers to determine scheduling.

Time Commitment: As needed

Location: PAWS Companion Animal Shelter, Lynnwood

Training Required: All Small Engine Maintenance volunteers are required to attend:

  • A volunteer orientation
  • Other training given on the job as needed
  • A liability waiver will be provided and must be signed before work begins.
