Alternatively you can email your application to rcostello@paws.org.

Please note: All materials must be submitted together in one packet. Only applicants who follow the instructions and complete the application process in full will have their responses reviewed for consideration. If references prefer to send their letters in separately, that is fine, but the applicant should make a note of this when applying.

Priority Deadlines

We accept applications on a rolling basis. Typically, our internships are available seasonally as follows:

  • Summer Internships: May–August
  • Fall Internships: September–December
  • Winter Internships: January–March
  • Spring Internships: March–May

The Decision Process

You will receive an email confirmation of our receipt of your application materials. We regret that we are unable to respond to status inquiries over the phone. Applications will continue to be reviewed until positions are full; however, applications received before the deadlines will be given priority.

Applicants will be notified by email should they be chosen to participate in an interview with the Volunteer Program Manager and the Rehabilitation Manager.
