Director of Companion Animal Services (CAS)

PAWS is a complex, dynamic organization celebrating 52 years of service and success. The Director of Companion Animal Services (CAS) directs the operations, personnel, activities and programs of the PAWS Companion Animal Services Department to assure a high standard of quality animal welfare care and customer service is maintained. Reporting to the CEO, the Director of CAS is a member of the Senior Leadership team and creates and supports organizational excellence. The ideal candidate is a seasoned and successful animal welfare leader with strong leadership and collaboration experience.

Corporate Giving Officer 

The Corporate Giving Officer is a member of PAWS fund development team and works closely with PAWS internal leadership team and the Board of Directors and other leadership volunteers as needed. The Corporate Giving Officer effectively communicates the needs and vision for PAWS, and is primarily responsible for revenue generation through effective development and management of sustainable relationships with corporate and foundation partners. The Corporate Gift Officer secures gifts, grants and sponsorships in support of PAWS programs and organizational priorities.

Events Coordinator

Working closely with the Events Manager, the Events Coordinator will support PAWS’ two annual signature events, PAWSwalk and PAWS Wild Night, third party events, and the volunteer needs for the Development Office. The Events Coordinator primary duties will be overseeing event registration, volunteer management and processing sponsorships, donations, and gift-in-kind donations. This is a 30 hour/week position, with increased hours during event weeks.

Client Services Representative

The Client Service Representative is a member of Companion Animal Services and works 24.5 hours per week, Sunday-Tuesday, to assist the public with inquiries and transactions by answering phone calls, responding to emails and assisting them in person. Acts as point person for Re-homing Program inquiries and supports the daily activities of the Lost/Found Program.

Campaign Project Coordinator

PAWS Campaign Project Coordinator is responsible for internal coordination of campaign and project needs by providing support to the CEO, Development Director, , and other agency staff and leadership to execute a successful capital campaign and new building project. Duties include administrative support, management of prospect and donor data, tracking and monitoring activities and strategies for volunteers, prospects and donors, meeting support and coordination of donor events, and assisting in the production and maintenance of campaign and building project materials and data.
