Spay Day 2012: Low-cost Spay/Neuter

Spay or neuter your companion animal at a discounted rate.

During the month of February, as part of the national Spay Day campaign, PAWS will offer low-cost spay and neuter surgeries, along with shelter partners Everett Animal Services, Homeward Pet Adoption Center, MEOW, NOAH, Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Project, Pasado's Safe Haven, Seattle Humane Society, WAIF, Humane Society for Skagit Valley, and local veterinary clinics in Snohomish, King, Island and Skagit Counties (in Washington State).

This annual effort helps end the suffering of unwanted and homeless animals in our community by preventing unplanned litters. Spaying and neutering is good for the community and a great way to help our animal friends live longer, healthier lives.

 

Who can participate?

Spay Day is open to anyone, regardless of income level, who wants to have their dog, cat, puppy or kitten spayed or neutered. If your pet is already altered, please encourage your friends and family to do the same for their animals. Share with them the benefits of spaying and neutering.

Discounted spay/neuter fees on Spay Day

  • $40 for male or female cats or kittens
  • $100 for male or female dogs or puppies

(Additional charges may apply for animals who require vaccinations, are overweight, geriatric, in heat or have other medical conditions. Please confirm with the clinic.)
