A Match That's Taylor-Made

Before moving to Seattle from Wisconsin, Walt’s beloved cat succumbed to a major illness.

When Walt arrived at PAWS Cat City, he met a cat who was also missing that cat-to-person connection. Looking into his golden eyes, Walt could see that Taylor had a story to tell. After 10 years of companionship, Taylor was brought to PAWS after his person passed away. So despite his luxurious fur, love of playing with feather toys and ping pong balls, Taylor had been waiting 281 days for his “taylor-made” person to walk through the door.

Walt was introduced to Taylor, and the connection was instant. “I’m taking good care of Taylor, and he’s taking good care of me. He’s enjoying going up on the roof of the building with me and sleeping on my quilt at night. He gets low-sodium broth in his dry food and starts meowing as soon as he sees it come out of the refrigerator.”
