A Few Special Thank Yous To Our Friends

Dr. Chelsea Newby for volunteering time to alter animals on Spay Day, and for all the other days she donates her veterinary expertise to help the shelter animals.

The employees of Paccar Parts for raising $2,800 for PAWS in their annual holiday giving drive. Your gift has already helped hundreds of animals!

Bud Anderson for donating a spot in his class "Hawk Watching in Western Washington" for PAWS staff.

The fourth and fifth grade youth group at the Center for Spiritual Living for raising funds for and awareness of the animals at PAWS.

Market Street Grill in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood for hosting a PAWS for a Bite event in January, raising more than $900 for the animals at PAWS.

Chris Rich for assisting staff in transporting cats and dogs from other shelters so PAWS could give them a second chance at finding their forever homes.

SonoSite, Inc., for the use of their ultrasound equipment to assist with surgery on the broken leg of a Black Bear cub in PAWS' care.

Morgan and Sheri LaVigne for creating a special presentation to celebrate our wonderful volunteers and staff at the annual appreciation party.

Everyone who supported PAWS at the 4th annual Alternative Christmas Fair at the Northshore United Church of Christ in Woodinville and to the event organizers for inviting PAWS to participate.

To the volunteer kennel attendants and dog walkers who bring in hot dogs and other treats to help the dogs in the shelter learn how to be a "good dog!"

Hats off to REI employees at their Headquarters and Distribution Center for conducting the Baskets for Charity fundraiser for PAWS: more than $2,800 was raised to help the animals.

Mud Bay Granary, All the Best Pet Care, True Value Hardware and Urban Beast for selling PAWS calendars at their retail stores over the holidays.

Tracey and Finbar Woods, owners of Molly Maguire's Irish Pub for hosting another great PAWS for a Pint fundraising event in January.

Seattle Art Institute photography students Laine, Candace, Amy and Michael, for donating their time and photography skills for PAWS' new Youth Action Guide, and to our youth models: Laina, Jo, Casey, Steven, Hannah, Josh, Nate, Alex, Hien, Elizabeth, Allysa, Melissa, Dinah, Christina, Kelsey, Hayley, Samantha, Olga, Jordan, Eimanne, Yusef, Kristin, and Kimberly.
