Wildlife Work Party Team

Position description: In order to provide the best care and environment to successfully rehabilitate wild animals and return them to the wild, we are constantly improving and upgrading the enclosures and facilities on our campus. The Wildlife Work Party Team helps us do that. Each work party will focus on one or two specific projects, in which volunteer will learn skills such as building retaining walls, pouring concrete, structural assembly, trail building, carpentry, landscaping and plumbing.

Dates Available: Dates vary - generally once per month on a Saturday from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Shifts: Usually, Saturdays from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Time commitment: Flexible

Location: PAWS Wildlife Center, Lynnwood, WA

Training required: Wildlife Work Party Team volunteers are required to attend:

  • A volunteer orientation.
  • Any other training will occur on-the-job as the need arises.
