* A microchip is a form of permanent ID for your dog or cat that cannot come off. A microchip is registered with a national database that shelters, animal control officers and veterinary clinics can access in case your lost animal is brought to them. The database contains your animal’s description, and your name and contact info to help quickly reunite you with your pet.
