PAWS is a shelter based in Lynnwood, Washington, and we can only use foster care homes in our area. If you are located in the greater Seattle-area, and would like to participate in the Foster Care program, ask yourself these questions first and then read this entire section carefully.

Please complete the following form. Click on the 'Submit' button to send the application to PAWS. After you have submitted this form, the PAWS Foster Care Coordinator or Intern will contact you about your application. If you are accepted as a foster parent, you will be asked to attend a foster care orientation before you receive foster animals. (* indicates a required field.)
