Adoption Advisor
This role provides for the comfort and health care of cats and dogs at our companion animal shelter, and assists the public and animal control officers in their transactions with PAWS.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Processing incoming and outgoing animals
  • Administering vaccinations, immunizations and treatment for injuries and illness as prescribed by a veterinarian
  • Providing accurate information and courteous service to the public

Seasonal Assistant Wildlife Rehabilitator
This position is required April 1 to September 30, 2015 to assist in the coordination of daily animal care at PAWS Wildlife Center. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in fulfilling daily care plans of wildlife patients
  • Assisting with examinations and basic diagnostic procedures on incoming patients
  • Ensuring that cages and facilities are cleaned and maintained daily, feeding schedules are adhered to and other animal care needs are met.
  • Overseeing/Assisting interns and volunteers with daily duties.
