Low cost spay/neuter surgeries available on Spay Day - February 24
Low-cost spay and neuter services offered during Spay Day 2004 will target the feline population problem in Snohomish, Island and Skagit Counties. Spay Day USA is a national campaign created by the Doris Day Animal Foundation; PAWS has been a regional sponsor since its inception ten years ago.

"Protect your best friends ~ get them neutered on Spay Day" is the theme of this year's Spay Day campaign on Tuesday, February 24th. This year's campaign will be the third annual tri-county event, and is a collaborative effort between four area shelters - PAWS, The Noah Center, WAIF and the Humane Society of Skagit Valley - in conjunction with the veterinary community, in an effort to directly impact companion animal overpopulation in our area.

Participating veterinary clinics provide the same high quality service that clients are used to, but at a price far below the true cost of the procedure. If you have a companion animal in need of spay or neuter surgery, or if you know someone who does, make your appointment today and help spread the word! Participating veterinary clinics can be found here at www.paws.org/work/spaydaylist.html.
